Sometimes the smallest souls carry the biggest stories… This tiny little one—just about 6 pounds—was found, a matted mess, along with another dog. Despite everything, her heart is still full of love. She’s the kind of dog who quietly melts into your arms, as if she’s been waiting her whole life to feel safe again. Gentle, sweet, and such a delight to ne around, she’s proof that even after suffering through deplorable conditions, love still finds a way to shine through. Belcy is up to date on vaccines, spayed and microchipped.
